We want Vantino to be worth every dollar. If it isn’t working for you, we’d rather make it right than keep your money. Here’s how refunds work.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you subscribed to a paid plan and aren’t satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. No lengthy explanations needed — just email us.
The 30-day window applies to first-time subscriptions only. Renewal charges are not eligible for refunds after the renewal date passes.
How to Request a Refund
- Email hello@vantino.ai with the subject line “Refund Request.”
- Include the email address on your account.
- We’ll confirm and process the refund within 3–5 business days. Funds typically appear in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges. You retain access to your plan until the end of the current billing period — we don’t cut you off early.
Annual Plans
Annual plans are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are not refundable but can be cancelled to prevent auto-renewal. [EVAN PROVIDES — confirm annual refund window if different.]
Exceptions
Refunds are not available for:
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service
- Renewal charges where the account has been active for more than 30 days
- Promotional or discounted plans where refund eligibility was explicitly excluded at the time of purchase
